EARLY ACCESS· Acquisition OS for SaaS founders

You built the product. Now build distribution.

Solqio turns your product into a repeatable acquisition system — ICPs, channel priorities, weekly sprints, experiments and learnings, in one workspace.

Build my acquisition strategy See how it works

Built for SaaS founders, indie hackers and lean teams trying to find their first repeatable channel.

THE PROBLEM

Building is easy. Distribution is where SaaS products die.

You shipped. Now silence.

The build is done. The acquisition story is blank.

No clear ICP

You know who, but not who you should be selling to first.

Random posting on social

Scattered tweets and LinkedIn posts with no coherent strategy.

No structured experiments

Two channels, one at a time, hoping something clicks.

THE SYSTEM

One workspace. Four steps to traction.

Strategy → Experiment → Results → Learning → Better strategy. The loop is the product.

01

Define your ICP

Know exactly who you're selling to, what triggers their buying decision, and where they hang out.

02

Choose your channels

A prioritized list of channels matched to your budget, skills and product, with red flags marked.

03

Run experiments

Each week, ship a 5-day hypothesis test with a target metric and a stop condition.

04

Learn from results

Every experiment feeds your strategy. The arrow tightens every sprint.

POSITIONING

Not another
marketing template.

Solqio is a structured acquisition command center — not a content factory. It helps you think like a growth lead, not just produce more output.

  • NOT A generic channel list— every recommendation is ranked against your ICP, budget and product type.
  • NOT generic advice— grounded in your specific situation, refreshed as you learn.
  • NOT A one-time report— a living workspace that improves as you run experiments.
  • NOT A black box— you own every decision; the system makes them easier to make.
  • NOT ANOTHER task manager— everything connects: ICP → channels → sprint → experiments → learnings.

CORE

Experiments

Structured channel tests with baseline, win threshold and signal grading. The learning engine of the system.

THE LOOP

Stop guessing. Start learning.

Every recommendation is a hypothesis. Experiments turn it into evidence. Evidence improves the next strategy.

Built-in experiment structure

Every experiment has a hypothesis, a baseline, and a success threshold — so you compare apples to apples.

Signal grading

A 14% reply rate on LinkedIn isn't "promising" or "weak" — it's graded against your channel benchmarks. No more guessing about results.

Learnings library

Every completed experiment adds a learning to your knowledge base. The system helps your next experiment, not just this one.

EXAMPLE — INVOICEPILOT

From a vague idea to clear channel decisions.

InvoicePilot is a payments automation tool for freelancers. In Solqio, the founder defined a precise ICP, ran experiments on LinkedIn and Reddit, and surfaced a key learning in week 3.

  • ICP · Freelance developers billing $5k+/mo with recurring clients
  • Top channels · LinkedIn outbound (score 88/100)
  • Experiment · personal automation vs. generic cold email
  • Result · 5× higher reply rate with pain-specific messaging
Experiment learning — Week 3
EXP-014

"Freelance developers respond much better when the message mentions retainer payments (follow-ups specifically, not generic invoicing automation)."

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to create an account?
Yes. Solqio is a private workspace — you create an account on app.solqio.com to get your strategy. Your ICP, channels, sprints and experiments all live in that workspace.
How is this different from a chatbot or a generic writing tool?
A chatbot can draft a cold email. It can't score channels against your ICP and budget, structure your weekly sprint, log experiment results against benchmarks, or stop you from scaling a losing channel. Solqio is the strategic layer around execution — the writing is one output, not the product.
What kind of products is Solqio best for?
B2B SaaS, productivity tools, developer tools, vertical SaaS and indie products with paying or free-trial users. If you are pre-product, you're too early — come back when you have something to sell.
How is this different from hiring a growth consultant?
A consultant gives you one strategy then leaves. Solqio gives you a strategy that updates every week based on your experiments. It costs roughly one hour of consulting per year.
Can I use it for multiple products?
One workspace = one product / one ICP. You can create separate workspaces for additional products. Pro supports a single workspace; reach out for multi-product needs.
